Transfer Of Credits

Students seeking admission at PIMSAT may be given opportunity for Transfer of Credits from the recognized institutions.
The request for transfer of credits may be submitted at the time of admission along with original documents within two weeks of commencement of the semester. This is a facility not a right of the student to be granted.

Procedure: Obtain a transfer of credit form from the Registrar’s office. Fill in the form providing all the necessary details with original documents and justification. Submit the form to the Registrar Office and reply to be received on the specified date.

INHOUSE TRANSFER:

In-house transfer means transfer from morning session to evening session or vice versa. Transfer will be permitted only once in a program on specific reasons. Approval of the application depends on availability of seats / session and this facility can be availed by the student in the first or second week of the semester.

Procedure: Obtain an in-house transfer application form from the Registrar’s office. Fill in the form providing all the necessary details and justification for seeking transfer and Submit the form to the Registrar’s office and reply to be received on the specific date.
